This is an RP account for Reisen Udongein Inaba from the Touhou Project.
Basically she's a moon rabbit who fled the moon and came to Earth. She has the power to manipulate waves (light waves, sound waves, brain waves) through her eyes. This basically translates to a limited psychic ability to manipulate the mood of someone based on their will (make them more or less irritated, for example), and the ability to mask sound/light or create illusionary copies of herself.
